1001: Chef Level 3 Class
In this intense one-week long class you will prepare 20 meals including appetizers, entrees and desserts. You will be taught knife skills, kitchen safety and it will be begin your foundation for food safety. In addition to hands on training. Lectures will include provisioning in outlying areas, menu planning, substitution and time management.
All courses are non refundable. If you miss a class you will be allowed to join another class when there is room.
